A (ah) - MO - MI (me) - ME (may) - HE (hay):
A (ah) - with hands nestled gently against chest/ heart chakra (love, acceptance, connection, inclusion). This is the middle chakra of 7 so use the middle pitch of your range. This brings the energy and intention of compassion to the following:
MO - M connects the Heart chakra (A) with the Solar Plexus (O). Pitch will be a bit lower than the A. Bring hands down to around the navel. This is the centre of emotional balance & stability, and also the inner, spiritual warrior who will protect you, in a tight squeeze, from unwanted influences, bullies & manipulators, providing some ‘muscle’ to your endeavour. You can affirm/assert your healthy boundaries by summoning & mobilizing the warrior.
MI (me) lifts this enhanced heart energy accompanied by emotional balance and the boundary-asserting energy of the inner warrior to the head centres (3rd Eye & Crown chakras) infusing intellect, clarity and even a tad of spiritual inspiration into your message. Hands move up to the top of head and pitch rises too.
ME (may) brings heart plus personal power plus intellect down into the throat chakra (expression, articulation, creativity). The pitch is higher than hhe heart and lower then the head centres.
HE (hay) - hands extend outward carrying your expression about respecting boundaries out to an individual or group who may have intimidated, manipulated or shut you down. You can visualize them while you make the sound. An alternative is to channel the KMA to a part of yourself (we have many) that plays this role of self sabotage or criticism.
Then return to default position with the hands resting gently on the chest or by your sides, going inside into an observant, mindful state and noticing what emerges within your field of introception (inner perception). These clues, often from the \unconscious mind, can bring more information surrounding the whole dynamic of creating safety and expressing boundaries. It quite possibly it will help you feel more calm, centred, empowered and liberated.
Even 2-4 minutes practice per day will gradually build an effective tool (or medicine) that will develop confidence and better relations. It’s power is akin to a shamanic chant or personal mantra constructed from the ground up. You’ll be surprised at how the others change in their response to you even without your saying anything.
