Korason Method Standing Demonstration

Inviting Heart, Courage & Mental Prowess to the Throat Chakra for Optimal Expression

This short standing demonstration of a KMA (Korason Method Articulation) will help establish healthy boundaries, specifically in communication, and bring compassion, safety, effectiveness and creativity into conversations.

A - MO (mo) - MI (me) - ME (may) - HE (hay):

A (ah) - with hands nestled gently against chest/ heart chakra (love, acceptance, connection, empathy, appreciation). This is the middle chakra of 7 so use the middle pitch of your range. This brings the energy and intention of compassion to the following:

MO - M connects the Heart chakra (A) with the Solar Plexus (O). Pitch will be a bit lower than the A. Bring hands down to around the navel. This is the centre of emotional balance & stability, and also the inner, spiritual warrior who will protect you from unwanted influences. You can affirm/assert your healthy boundaries by mobilizing the warrior.

MI (me) lifts this enhanced heart energy accompanied by emotional balance and the boundary-asserting energy of the spiritual warrior to the head centres (3rd Eye & Crown chakras) infusing intellect, focus, clarity and spiritual wisdom into your message. Hands move up to the top of head and pitch rises several tones.

ME (may) brings heart plus personal power & desire plus intellect down into the throat chakra (expression, articulation, creativity). The pitch is higher than the heart and lower then the head centres.

HE (hay) hands & arms extend outward, carrying your expression re respecting boundaries out to an individual or group who may have intimidated, manipulated or bullied you. You can visualize them while you make the sound.

Then return to default position with the hands resting gently on the chest or by your sides, going inside into an observant, mindful state and noticing what emerges within your field of consciousness. These clues can bring more information surrounding the whole dynamic of creating safety and expressing boundaries, especially in speech and communication. It can help you feel more calm, centred, empowered and liberated.

Practicing this and other KMAs (Korason Method Articulations) even 2-4 minutes a day will bring remarkable shifts in your comfort, confidence and capacity in sounding your voice and voicing your truth.
