Thank you from an elder who would like to highlight these 3 thoughts within your most inviting article:

As the body naturally slows, perhaps consciousness can deepen.

As certainty softens, perhaps compassion expands.

As ambition quietens, perhaps presence ripens.

Thanks Jocelyne. Lovely reflections!

Well done and a great opportunity to build a community of elders who are also now the largest demographic. Love the image of trees in the forest as interdependence is part of being a tree. Happy birthday.marcia

Thanks Marcia. Yes, a forest community of elders.

Beautiful sharing on resilient aging. I appreciate the weaving of traditions and seasons and using them as a guide for aging. Also loved the Forest metaphor. I'm enjoying reading, breathing, feeling and reflecting on the article.🙏🏽

I enjoyed this thoughtful and beautifully written post very much. I’m looking forward to more in this series on ageing gracefully as it’s relevant to where I’m at right now in my own life.

Also, as always, love your graphics!

aging seems more like a speeding up for most of the time eh

Outward time seems to be speeding up. Even younger people are noticing that these days. Meanwhile, when I slow down inside, i.e. get out of my head and into soma and/or spirit, time slows down again and opens up. 😀
